By downloading or using the Lucky Dog Coffee App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
• Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify Lucky Dog Coffee immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Accuracy: While we strive for perfection, Lucky Dog Coffee does not guarantee that all menu items are available at all times.
• Payments: All payments are processed through our third-party provider, Toast, Inc. By using the App, you agree to their payment processing terms.
• Refunds: Refund requests for mobile orders must be handled directly at the Simi Valley Lucky Dog Coffee location or through our support channels.

• Points: Points earned through the App have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Expiration: We reserve the right to change reward structures or expire points with reasonable notice via the App or email.

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice:

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to "scrape," "crawl," or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
• Bypass any security measures or rate-limiting protocols.

All content, logos (including the "Lucky Dog" branding), and software are the property of Lucky Dog Coffee or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Lucky Dog Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ventura County, California.
