We're Hiring for the Ventura County Fair!

Join us for the 151st Ventura County Fair, running from July 30 to August 10, 2025, at the Ventura County Fairgrounds! We're seeking enthusiastic and experienced baristas to serve fairgoers at our bustling coffee stands.

Position Details:

• Role: Barista (Temporary)
• Location: Ventura County Fairgrounds, 10 W. Harbor Blvd., Ventura, CA
• Dates: July 30 – August 10, 2025
• Hours: Shifts between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM
• Compensation: $20/hour + tips
   

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
   

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the fairgrounds
